Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription or using our services.

By subscribing to SellerAir, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments made to SellerAir are
non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital SaaS services, access to the platform,
lookup systems, APIs, and Chrome Extension is provided immediately
after purchase. Therefore:

  • No refunds will be issued for partial usage periods
  • No refunds will be issued for unused lookup limits
  • No refunds will be issued for accidental purchases
  • No refunds will be issued for failure to use the service
  • No refunds will be issued after subscription activation

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

  • the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • no future recurring charges will occur
  • access may be restricted after the billing period expires

Cancellation does NOT qualify for a refund.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users agree to contact SellerAir support before initiating any
chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • immediate account suspension
  • permanent account termination
  • restriction from future platform access

4. Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain platform uptime and reliability,
temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • maintenance
  • infrastructure issues
  • third-party service failures
  • browser compatibility updates
  • Such interruptions do not qualify for refunds.

    5. Exceptional Cases

    Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of
    SellerAir management and only under exceptional circumstances
    required by applicable law.
