Users are responsible for:

• maintaining account confidentiality
• securing login credentials
• all activity under their account

Users must provide accurate information during registration.

3. Subscription Plans

Access to the platform is provided through subscription plans.

Subscription features may include:

• lookup limits
• dashboard access
• extension usage
• export functionality

Failure to maintain an active subscription may restrict access.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree NOT to:

• abuse lookup systems
• attempt unauthorized access
• reverse engineer the platform

unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce or redistribute platform materials without written permission.

6. Chrome Extension Usage

The Chrome Extension is provided solely for authorized lookup functionality within
supported Amazon pages.

Users may not:

• modify the extension
• bypass authentication systems
• tamper with API requests

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime and platform stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted
service.

Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

SellerAir is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

• business losses
• sourcing decisions
• supplier relationships
• marketplace account issues
• indirect damages

Users are responsible for verifying supplier legitimacy independently.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• policy violations
• fraudulent activity
• abuse of services
• non-payment

10. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
